PS Reservations 60 or 90 days out?

Is it 60 or 90 days out for character meals? And which number do I call?

All Disneyland Resort Priority Seating arrangements, including the various Character Dining Experiences, can be made 60 days out.

60 Days, I've been able to call well within the 60 days and get what I was looking for tho. Just an fyi.
