PS questions (Newbie)

Hi,

We got a PS for CRT this AM thanks to the fantastic tips on this site. But I do have a couple other questions.

1. We will be staying off site and plan to eat maybe one sit down meal a day either at lunch or dinner. The question is do I need to make PS for each of these times?

2. If you could eat one set down at each of the parks what would it be?

I always like to have a PS ahead of time. I can always cancel it that morning if I change my mind.

My favorites for each are:
MK - Crystal Palace
MGM - Sci-Fi Diner (for burgers & shakes)
AK - Rainforest Cafe (this is the only sit-down in AK)
Epcot - LeCellier

I always make PSes for meals.

Epcot-Garden Grill

AK-Rainforest Cafe

MGM-Mama Melrose

MK- Crystal Palace, Liberty Tree Tavern or the Palace.

As you can tell, we like the character meals.

I would book PSs in advance if I knew where I definitely wanted to go.

As for restuarants in each park...we find we prefer the resort restaurants much more than the park ones.
Our only must do sit down meal in the parks is Mama Melrose in MGM.
