Are there any repercussions for missing a priority seating?

No, not for ordinary PS's. If you have PS's for certain places, like CRT, they charge a deposit. If you don't cancel they will charge you.

If they don't ask for a credit card number, don't worry about it. BUT, it is nice if you call and cancel in case someone else wants to get a table, although sometimes it can't be helped.

We also learned by vurtue of being late that your PS stays in the computer for 15 minutes past your time.
