Okay, I'm making my first PSs on Sunday and I'm a little nervous. (1st time). Here's the situation: I need to make separarte PSs for my family (Me,DH,DD) and Mom and Dad. They will be with us at WDW but not always eating with us. So, can I PSs for them and give their name? Do I have to make separate phone calls or can I do it all at once?

(Hope this is the right board)

One telephone call should do. They will ask you the name of the reservation and which hotel you are staying in.

It definitely pays to make PS's--you can always cancel them.

You can make PSs for anyone. I just called yesterday for my parents and in-laws to make PSs for them at CG. They just want a name (I gave my dad's), the total # in the party, asked if there were any children under ?11?. Then then wanted to know if the party is staying on site. If yes, they ask where and what is the date of arrival. Very simple.

Not a problem. You'll just want to be clear which "reservations" are under which name and how many people go where. When making PSs for a party that sticks together, the CM just takes the same information over and over ("That's also crisi, party of six?"), so if you are mixing things up, be ready to spend a little more time making sure everything is clear. Keep a pencil handy to write down your confirmation numbers and have everything you need on a piece of paper before you start.

PSs for our week took about ten minutes to make - but the party was mostly sticking together. I also booked a Pirate Cruise for the kids, which was a little more complicated, as it required a credit card confirmation.
