PS question on Cindy's

I have a PS for Cindy's in early May (8:10 a.m.). I know the MK opens at 9:00 a.m. but I will be allowed in early for my PS (right??). I assume my name/PS# will be on a list? Also, how early do I need to be at the MK to get through security, walk to the castle, and be there for my 8:10 PS? Thanks.

Others will know more about this, but I'm in the same situation, and yes, you will be able to get into the park - a CM will have a list with your name, etc. I plan to bring my confirmation number.

The walk to the castle is not long - only 10 minutes or so. I plan to be at the gate 20-30 min (depending on the bus) before my PS.

Correct, your name will be on a list at the turnstiles.

They say to be to the restaurant at least 15 minutes before your PS. I say get there for 7:30 and take a leisurely stroll down Main Street. We did this and it was WONDERFUL! We were the only ones on it and we even got our pic taken by a Disney photographer for an "official" Disney pic of us by ourselves with all of Main Street and the Castle behind us. Its my favorite vacation pic of all time!

Once you enter the MK you may want to look around for the fire engine. We had 8:25 PS for Cindys but entered a little after 8:00. While walking up a CM asked us if we were going to the castle. We said yes, and he said hop on. We loaded on to the fire truck and got a ride right up Main St. The kids thought it was great and loved ringing the bell as we rode along.

Just so you know, they don't open the turnstiles until 8:00 and sometimes not until a few minutes after. We had an 8:10 PS for Cindy's and were stuck at the turnstiles until they opened at 8:05 and with all the people scrambling to get in, we didn't make it up to Cindy's until 8:25!!!! They knew the problem, and didn't even bat an eye and sat us promptly. So, if you get there early, you'll just be stuck at the turnstiles until they are opened up. We were there at 7:45 also.

My PS for Cindy's was for 8:05 am!!

There was a CM with a clipboard walking around basically looking for people who appeared confused... we were on the clip board list and he sent us to a certain turnstyle to wait... they let us in at 8:00... and we were at the castle by 8:05..

We sat right at the window overlooking the golden carousel and fantasyland... it was excellent! We also took the elevator up - instead of the stairs.. I didn't even know they had an elevator in there.
