PS needed for DL/DL Resort restaurants?

Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else, but was wondering if I needed to make ressies for DL and DL resort restaurants. If so, are ressies needed for just dinner, or for any meal. How soon can they be made? (30, 60, 90 days out?)

Most of the restaurants you can get into with not a lot of trouble. I would always try to get a PS for The Blue Bayou at Disneyland and Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel. You might want to get them for Ariel's Grotto as well.

Also if you forget to do this, like I have done in the past, we have been very successful getting same day reservations PS booth to the left of the DL entrance, they have a phone you can use to make your PS before entering the park.
