PS in October?

Are PS reservations really necessary in October? I'm going with one other person the 7th-12th. Are places like Jazz Kitchen, ESPN Zone, and Blue Bayou really that busy?

For all but BB I would say no. But for BB I would so that you can get the time that you want. As many people like to go there.
