PS Hold Times?

Anyone else experiencing long hold times for Disney Dining over the last few days? I've called several times and different times of the day and have waited at least 10 minutes to get a cm.

Even during busier times of the year I can get through quicker????

Mary at MouseSavers posted a couple weeks ago that CRO has a squillion new hires... Maybe Dining has the same scenario (or uses the same people, even), and that's what is causing the longer waits.

I called yesterday and got through right away. I called the main reservations number first and chose "dining" off their menu. I don't know if that makes a difference.

I called last week to get "price and availability" on a suite at the AKL...and it took the girl over half an hour to get the info I wanted. What a TWIT! I wasn't even asking for a code or anything, I just wanted RACK RATE and AVAILABILITY!

I guess it's really a hit and miss thing.

I called CRO last week to see if there were any specials and she had a price and umpteen suggestions (as well as a very nice conversation about the weather) done in 5 minutes. CRO's name was Braman-she was excellent!
