PS for Boma's 10:30 AM? Too Late?

I just made a PS for Breakfast at Boma's on Sunday May 1 for 10:30 AM.

Now I'm second guessing myself (the curse of the Disney Planner ) Has anyone eaten breakfast that late and still found the selection to be top notch?

This is our check out day for PO and I know we are going to want to stretch it out as long as we can before leaving the resort. We can't stay late enough for dinner but we have tried it and loved it. Now we want to indulge in the wonderful breakfast we have heard so much about.

Any opinions?

DH and DS eat at Boma at 10:00 (I think they must have later hours this year) and they found the selection to be fine and just as good as at the beginning of the breakfast. You will love Boma! Enjoy!!

My DH and I had one very late breakfast at Boma during our trip in February. The food was just as good as it had been on the days we ate earlier in the morning. One advantage to eating later: the restaurant was nearly empty so the line for the custom-made omelets was very short!

We did this when checking out of Ft W last April. It made the sting of leaving WDW a little more bearable. And the food was great as usual.
