PS at Prime Time before Fantasmic

I don't really like the look of any of the fantasmic dinner packages.I am veggie and don't fancy another buffet.
The menu at primetime looks good,what time would you make a PS if you want to go to Illuminations?
It is the beginning of Feb...would 5.00 be okay?

I would think 5pm would be good. We had PS's last month for 6:20, but we weren't seated until 7, so we lost our chance (the slim chance we had) of seeing Fantasmic. Get there early for your 5 o'clock PS, and then hopefully you'll be seated on time.
