Proximity or more space?

Which do you prefer for a longer trip? I currently have a 1 queen, 1 bunk room booked at Park Vue, so very close, but I am intrigued by the new Homewood opening up near the Toy Story lot. Both hotels are the same price, and we will be staying 7 nights.

I'm leaning towards Homewood for the extra room since we spend a lot of time in the room and don't do open to close. Kids are 7.5, 4.5 and almost 3.

I'm a little concerned about the distance and relying on the trams though.
I would definitely go for more space. The Homewood isn't all that far away, it would be walkable for my family but everyone is different. Plus the Toy Story lot is right there and buses are constantly running so you really wouldn't waste much time having to wait for a shuttle.

If the Toy Story lot doesn't work out for you then Uber would work great as well from Homewood. I asked on other threads and its roughly a $5 cab ride.
