Proud Papa (&Grandpa) Picturebook...Seems like yesterday!(Warning! Long & Large!)

Yes, It seems like yesterday my baby and I were hand&hand on our way down the Grand Canyon.

Shortly after this her mother fell extremely ill, under went 7 major abdominal surgeries, was left with 5 feet of bowel and finally went to be with the Lord 2&1/2 years later waiting on the organ transplant list. (Sorry! But the story could not be complete without the brief mention!) That was June 5, 1996. A few weeks later Chrissy's brother competed and won a gold medal in the TKD Junior Olympics in Orlando. We had to go to WDW while there and this pic is from the Luau before it was taken over by money mongers! (PM me for explanation.)

We were so impressed that we have returned at least once and some times as many as three times a year ever since. I ever joined dvc as a money saving scheme! But you know how time keeps on slippin' (slippin', slippin') into the future...before I knew it - my baby is a teen!

Then a women!

Then a mother!!!!!!!!!!!

Then finally a HS Graduate! (Not necessarily in the order I would have chosen! But I'm PROUD! just the same!)

...how extremely lucky they are to have someone like you in their lives. To have that kind of emotional support from a parent is worth more than anything one could possibly wish for,trust me ,I know. I never had it. So when I see a family like yours,I'm reminded of what should be in every family,acceptance and love. You're a lucky man!
