Proud of the Way a SW Pilot handled a tough situation

I am NOT posting this to start a debate as to whether "what the pilot did" was right or wrong...
BUT, I am proud of him for his decision and for SW not repremanding him for his decision.
I will continue to fly SW proudly!!!

Thank you for posting such a heartfelt story; it is so touching to know that people do kind things for people when they need it most.

I hope it in some small way eased his pain to know he was going to get where he needed to be with his daughter.

In these times, It's nice to hear that a company thinks of people instead of just profit. Makes me want to use SW on my next trip.
