grade point average 3.5714 and LOTS of great comments from her teachers!

Way to go Megan

My girls both have an i-touch and love them!!! Only a couple minor issues easily fixed by the tech at best buy. For the girls we always get the warranty (just in case).

Both of my girls have them and love them. We monitor the apps, keep track of their downloads, and we have all in-app purchases shut off unless we enter a password. I guess we do all that to prevent issues.

Boy, would I would love having clones of her in my classes. Congrats to her - true achievement. She also has a very supportive mom, which many of my kids lack!! Sadly, no Ipods in this house - not even for the big people.

Yes we start mid- August.. However, skuttle-butt around these parts are they are talking about year-round school...... so our summer breaks would be only 8 weeks..then 2 weeks in fall, 2 weeks winter, 2 weeks spring.... So, who knows how they'll do the grading periods then...

I do know I need next year's school calendar for our district and check PJ's college move in date because I think they are the same day! WHAT THE HECK!!!! (Hopefully, classes start and we can move her in the weekend before)

friends in CA go year round, not sure how they break up the tri-mesters, but have the same about of breaks as you posted.

happy you are getting back to normal! I lost about a week too, still have the dizziness once in awhile, but so much better!
