Prossess for shipping home

So I am planning on buying wine (as we will e there durring f&w) and snowglobes and would like to ship them home as I don't trust having them in my checked bag. What is the prosses? Do I tell the resort people or the shop people? Idk how this all works

2. For merchandise purchases you can arrange shipping at the time of purchase. If shipping is for out of state you will not be charged sales tax. Shipping cost is based on the method of shipment you want and the cost of your purchase. There are special rules/rates for high-end artwork and collectibles.

I had a large snow globe shipped home. I believe it was around $10. Totally worth it to not have to mess with it. You fill out the paperwork right there at the store and they keep it for you right then. I even had them hold it for 1 week and then ship it to me. Worked great and arrived perfect with no bubbles!

Wrap it in bubble wrap or towels and then double bag it in ziplocs. Then put it in the center of your suitcase.

I use wine diapers and then put it in a checked bag. Because they do add alot of weight I usually one do no more than 2 bottles to a checked bag.

And definitely have snowglobes shipped home. If they are damaged, you can call Disney and they'll replace it at no charge. I've never had one get damaged since they pack them so well.
