Proposing Disney Grand Yacht 1

Hey there,

Heading to Disney in August 2016 and planning on proposing to my GF. An idea I really like is booking the Grand Yacht 1 and doing a fireworks cruise. Does anyone know how much it typically costs to book that for an hour? As well, I would have to think of some way of hiring and a photographer and not making it seem obvious any suggestions?

You could tell her that as a special treat you wanted to bring a photographer along to shoot the fireworks so that you two can just enjoy them from in front of the camera.

Is there any advantage of getting the Grand Yacht 1 instead of the pontoon boats? Obviously Grand Yacht 1 is a fancier boat but is there any other advantage?

The only one I can think of is that you can pay extra for butler service on the Grand 1. But everything else is the same - you can get food or a cake delivered to the pontoons, and the trip lasts the same amount of time.

Hmm I definitely should consider the much cheaper option if they are practically the same.
