Properties available for new purchases

Does anyone know which properties are available to buy for a new contract through Disney? Is SSR the only resort available without going through resales? Thanks.

Right now SSR is the only thing available through DVC. You might be able to get on a waitlist for points at other resorts still. You will have to ask your guide about that. I think that sometimes they limit the waitlist to add-ons only. If you are young you may really want to consider SSR. The extra 12 years on the contact could really make a difference.

Boardwalk might still be available. I was able to get 255 points with buy back promo. Payed 74 dollars a point. They were sold out but now contracts are coming back that didn't get approved for financing. Good Luck! Some Boardwalk points might also be available without buy back promo for 84.00 per point.

There should be some Boardwalk points coming available soon. When SSR is up and running, the sales center will be moved over there and the existing sales center will be converted back to boardwalk rooms. This is per a conversation I had with a sales rep at the boardwalk one morning in August.

we also bought at boardwalk recently. they did offer magical beginnings and we paid $74 a point. the guide also told dh it was the office move that was freeing up the points.
