Help! Does anyone know if Universal accepts utility bills as proof of FL residency? I moved to Orlando in July and I had no problem getting my WDW FL resident annual pass without a driver's license. I assumed the same would apply to Universal, but I just went to their website today and they don't mention accepting alternate forms of proof. I have a utility bill and credit card bill w/ my FL address, and I have FL car insurance. I just haven't gotten my license yet. I was planning to go to HHN with a friend this weekend but I don't want to pay the full rate!

Its been awhile, but I was wondering if you were able to get the discount without the license? We have utility bills and bank accounts in FL and were able to get the Disney passes. I haven't tried with Universal but would be most interested if it worked for you. Thanks!

If you have a current utility, along with your out of state issued ID, that's fine. If you're buying your Annual Pass online and have an out of state credit or debit card, it won't let you process it. Therefore, you'll have to call the Online Ticket Store at (407) 224-7840 to process it. They will in turn notate the account that you will have your out of state ID with your current utility bill to show as proof of residency. Florida Residents can currently get up to 3 months free on any Annual Pass from now until April 18th (I believe). If you're doing the FlexPay option, you can bring a Coke product with you, along with your utility bill and out of state ID to any Pass Sales or Guest Services window.

Hope this helps!
