I know Disney charges for 3 year olds, but my son just turned 3 and is small for his age. Can I get away with saying he isn't 3 yet? Do they ask for proof?

I cannot publicly condone cheating, but I can tell you they will not ask for proof of age. However, I suppose a CM could ask your child how old they are.

 Be prepared for a heated thread when you ask a question like this.

Why is that, just curious?

You can't figure it out? You are asking if you can sneak and break a rule. You are asking for someone to say yes, go ahead. Some will and some won't and it ALWAYS gets heated because people have strong feelings on these moral issues. Do a search and you will see.

Because people on these boards are very intolerant to cheating, stealing, or any other sort of misrepresentation for personal gain. The people who thinks it is best to follow the rules have no patience for those who don't.

I'm hoping to shave my beard and pass for 3  I just wanted to add some fun to this thread. I'm worried that flames will get too high ;)

tbrenk- Before our last trip I asked Disney the same question. They replied no. I was asked for proof of her age. Thank goodness, I had her insurance card that stated she was under three. Granted she was going to turn three in the next three months, but that didn't matter. What happens if the same thing is asked of you? I think to avoid a possible bad situation, just pay the money for his ticket so that you can relax and have a great vacation! Just my opinion! :teeth:

Thanks everyone for the opinions expressed. No need for more responses as my question hasbeen answered.

I have a very large daughter. She tunred 3 in March. Our last trip to Disney was in Feburary. No one asked her age at the gates. The only problem I had was at LTT for the character dinner. They charged me for her dinner and when I told the server she was under 3 I could tell she really didnt beleive me. I told her her birthday was the following month. The server then said something about comming back for her birthday.

When you ask my DD how old she is she says 5. She wants to be older than her brother.

I only have her birth certificate to prove her age and i am not taking that or a copy with me.I think it is aburd to ask for proof of age for a child.

I am thinking of going back ( I am always thinking of ways to make it back to WDW)
This time i need a ticket for her as well as my son. I am just not sure which media I want to purchase.
