We did a 3 day Bahamas cruise in late Sept (25th - 28th) on the Dream.
I'm prone to motion sickness, so I was prepared with my patch and sea bands. Although I was not ill, per se, I did have that uneasy feeling, specifically on the 1st and last nights at dinner and in the theater. One of the servers told me that it was because the ship was moving fast to get to the ports since it was a quick cruise (?).
Despite that uneasy feeling, we had a blast and we'd love to do a longer 7 day Caribbean or even a Mediterranean cruise.
I'd appreciate others' insights on whether either of these would be a good option in regards to the movement on the ship. TIA
As a side note, we did a Carnival cruise to Grand Cayman, Cozumel & New Orleans about 15 years ago and the movement didn't bother me. I was also wearing my patch & sea bands then too!
