Promo Photo Book for $9.95 not being honored.

Who else recently bought a photo book credit in the park for $9.95 and just got the e-mail that due to the new website that our purchase cannot be honored?

I am so angry right now. They pushed and pushed us saying what a great deal this was. We spent so much time posing for pictures and having all the tickets linked together. How can a company as big as Universal have this big promotion and then send out e-mails saying they can't honor it. They had to have know that a change in their website would not accommodate this. I feel taken advantage of. Universals photo connect is a mess. Nothing compared to Disney's photo pass.
 
Definitely call. I just heard today myself. They are a 3rd party vendor, not owned by Universal. They've had several different photo people in the last 6 or so years. There was Kodak and then Color Vision and now "who knows." Call guest services and let them know of your complaint. Call 407-224-4233. Choose the option to speak to a Guest Service coordinator.
