Can you redeem the voucher during early entry? Our first day, I plan to head straight to Diagon Alley. I really don't want to have to walk all the way back to the front of the park at official opening to redeem the voucher.

It looks like you can redeem it at the photo store in San Francisco which would be closer so you don't have to walk all the way back. I could be wrong. I'm a newbie.

We were sent to the store at the front of the park when we tried to do that. No harm in asking in case things have changed in the last nine months though - it would be much more convenient!

I've had a reply by phone back within a couple of minutes of sending an email.

There is a guest service office for UO in city walk

Maybe that would be the place?
Don't know for sure as only used it for movie meal deal purchase

Does anyone know if photos at Volcano Bay included with this package? I don't know if there are photos on any of the rides there, but I saw that they have spots where you can take "selfies" and put them on your tapu-tapu...

When we were there in April I was able to redeem the voucher at Forbidden Journey. The pictures on Forbidden Journey and in the Gringots' queue are included, but I don't think you can get a free print from Gringots.

You can also just get the cards at the rides and load into the amazing pictures app once you activate your account

People are posting on facebook that they asked and that it doesn't have an expiration date. I really want to get it for my October trip... I mean it's weird if you can buy it and then later they say it expired when it doesn't say anything like that when you go to purchase it.

You are correct.

It seems you can purchase it at the summer special price and save it for whenever you visit. It can be activated anytime you choose.

Seth also said it can be used at VB too

When you walk in to either park, it is going to be pretty much the first building on your right...in US, the blue building named 'On Location' and in IOA it is 'Expedition Photography'. Wherever you find a TM with a yellow camera, you can ask for a picture...and, of course, the ride photos. I know there is a photo on Forbidden Journey and I think there is an in queue photo at Gringott's (I usually go Single Rider line and that bypasses the regular queue, so not 100% sure).
