Promenade Ticket Booths

This just occurred tome after reading another post…while I was there in mid-July , a number of times crossing between parks, I noticed long lines at what used to be ticket booths in the middle. Do they still sell tickets there? I thought everything had to be purchased in advance, secure reservations,etc.

what were those people doing there? And I mean, sometimes these were long Lines, like a hundred people or more winding around through those chains.

Please enlighten me so I can put this thought out of my head now….

They do sell tickets at the booths …. You can even buy them same day as long as there are reservations available. You can also go to the booths to upgrade tickets, buy Magic Keys, make changes to payment plans, address problems with tickets, etc.

Yes you can buy tickets there, as well as renew MKs and any other ticket issue that needs troubleshooting.
