Our vet wanted us to use it this year and I refused after doing some research...SO glad I made that decision.

Good for you, luvwinnie. Vets don't know everything, and neither does the FDA.

I don't know what people did before the internet. Now it is so easy to just fire off a search and inform yourself reasonably well.

I remember being interested in this about a year ago and my Vet telling me she didn't recommend it because some dogs were having reactions.

It is a shame too. I have one dog that is world champ at getting that pill under her tongue and then spitting it out as soon as nobody is watching....even the beef flavored ones. It is a family project every month to make Sparky take her medicine.
