So to cancel, she had to OPEN your mail and get your account information. That's illegal.

Yeah, totally illegal to open someone else's mail. Why didn't she do what normal people do, "write return to sender, address unknown" and stick it back in the mailbox if she TRULY didn't make the connection that you were the next door neighbors? Why on Earth did she open mail that wasn't addressed to her? I have Progressive, they DON'T send a ton of stuff through the mail..just the renewal and the documents, she'd get your mail four times a year. I still can't believe she did that, and I can't believe people are defending her over 4 pieces of mail a year.
