Program all distorted when trying to print-HELP!

What do I need to do to print this program?It is all distorted and we can't figure out what we are doing wrong.

Did you try to print all pages at once? It is a big file. Try printing out just one or 2 pages and see if that works?

Yes did one page at a time and it won't work.

Have you tried saving to your computer and than printing?

That is too much computer "talk" for me.Would not even know how to start.

I was having problems when printing also. The lower right area, with all of the personalized info, was printing gibberish. I shut down the computer and re-booted, and when I printed the next time, everything came out OK. So...give that a try.

I used the computer at work too, a real good computer guy helped me too- not just me and my lameness!

Still distorted.Is the program a different program they have it running on?Thanks everyone for attempting to help!
