We've only used them once. My DH ordered roses for me, paid extra for Valentine's Day delivery (at work) and I got dead roses. The leaves and petals were falling off as I was unwrapping it. Proflowers CS didn't do a darn thing either.....I'm glad others fared better, but we were NOT impressed by any facet of their service.

UPDATE - my 96 yr. old aunt loved the flowers. They came while she & her caregiver were at the store. The caregiver arranged them for her & added water. I spoke to my aunt today & she wasn't happy with the way the caregiver had arranged them so she arranged them herself! She actually enjoyed doing it herself.

Now, will I ever use them again, no probably not. I will call a local florist mainly because I want to support a local business person.
