Professional intern housing need a roomate!!

hi guys! i'm going to be the marine mammal intern moving down there on june 15th. Me and another intern are leasing a townhouse in seven dwarfs lane villas. We are looking for a third roomate. it would be about 350 a month and then utilities would be split three ways.
