I used to procrastinate so much, that my "to-do" list became a spreadsheet that was 3 pages long!
However, I was blessed with the opportunity to take 4 months off this summer, and I'm all caught up! Ok, almost. Still gotta tackle last year's taxes...ugh...they owe ME, so I ain't worried.
I now find myself considering procrastinating something, and to cure it - I drop what I'm doing and just "get it done" right now.
I ask myself, "ok, just HOW much time will it really take?"
The answer usually gets me off my butt. And if it's something HUGE, I use the "baby-steps" method. A little here, a little there, and before ya know it, it's done!
Too tired? Need a nap? Make some tea, or spring for some of that Starbuck's "Doubleshot"!!! Works for me, everytime.
