Process for changing your name on ownership?

I'm going to be taking my fiance's name in a few months after we get married (at WDW!).

We bought DVC together a while ago, so all the deeds etc are in my current/maiden name.

Has anyone else gone through this? I assume I will need to change the name on our ownership to my new name. Does it involve a new deed and/or other complicated records changing?

(Hope this is the right subforum to post this question. And... yes, I'll update my transfer points 101 thread later this year! Wedding planning is too hectic hehe.)

You'd have to get ROFR, new deeds, get them recorded and have DVC change the name to do it formally. Other have reported getting them to change the computer listing in the exact situation described. I certainly wouldn't spend money just to change the name for someone already listed.
