Proceedure for emailing pix to Coral Reef

I have outlook express...I am a computer dummy. And the two people who know in my house I can't ask because that's who the surprise is for. How do I mail pix from my computer to Debbi at Coral Reef. I don't know the downloading proceedure. Please help - thanks.

I just saved the pictures I wanted in my picture file. Highlight them and press e-mail. Your pics will be transferred to your e-mail, so just fill in Debbi's address and add a note. Don't forget your conf # in the subject line. Hope this helps. It's really a simple proceedure. Good luck.
