Problems with the Members web site... Help!!!

I've been trying to sign on to the new web site for the 1st time. When I fill out & submit the required member info, it keeps bouncing back saying e-mail address is not formatted correctly, as in _________@aol.com.

I type it in correctly over&over&over&over. It keeps showing up in the required field with a %40 instead of the @ symbol, and consequently won't let me in.

Isn't technology wonderful?

Any suggestions how to solve this?? Magic Wishes? Pixie Dust? Can of Soda on the keyboard? Sledgehammer?

You need to use your login not your e-mail. I had the same problem and called member services, they gave me my login name and said that they were having trouble with using the e-mail as a login. Hope this works for you it did me.
