Problems with Sony a330

While we were at the beach in July, I got my first camera error message. The shutter closed very slowly and the display said camera error and the picture was black. I turned it off for a few minutes and then turned it back on and it worked fine the next few times I used it. Ever since then, it will be working fine for a few pictures and then I get the camera error message. I changed my lens and it is still doing it. We are going to Disney in December for my brother's wedding and I have to have my camera working properly! Any advice?

Have you tried using different a battery/batteries? I have had similar issues when a battery has gone bad. It may show a full charge, but it won't hold a charge and causes camera malfunctions. Just a thought. Other than sending it in for repair, that's my only suggestion.
