Problems with ordering Disney PhotoPass? Help!!

So, my photos expire today and I tried to order yesterday, but the website was down. So, I'm trying to order right now, and it won't accept any credit card I put in. Has anyone had this problem? I've never had this problem, and I checked with all of my credit cards, and they're okay?? What should I do? I'm thinking it's a technical problem.

Can't speak for the photopass site itself, but I would suggest grabbing a copy of the a recent bill, and making sure that everything matches identically to what you are putting in. I have had several websites deny orders recently because my billing info didn't exactly match what was on my bill. Never had the problem with these same sites before. (Silly stuff like St. vs Rd. or Unit vs # )

I'll try it, but we tried all of our credit cards and our debit cards too, and we get the same message. There's no phone # to call, so I sent an email, but my pictures expire today.

There was a thread a week or two ago from a fellow "foreign" Dis'er who was having the same issue as you guys. Many people suggested that the problem arose because they lived outside the US, but I have ordered many an item from PhotoPass in the past (most recently, June this year) and have never encountered anything like this.

It seems there have been a lot of issues with the PhotoPass website over the past few days. Many folks on here have been unable to login, etc. Hopefully they get this resolved soon.

Don't worry too much about your soon to expire photos as the PhotoPass folks can still retrieve them even after they've gone from your account.

Well, I tried again, and it still says all of my credit cards are not valid, even my debit cards. And, I've been shopping all day, so I know they're okay. It must be a problem with the website...who knows if I will be able to place my order...my pictures expire today.
