I booked two staterooms online and only one is showing. When I go to retrieve another reservation, Mickey swims around and nothing comes up-just the previous screen. I was on the phone with tech support for 40 minutes who told me it was my computer-even though the same thing was happening on 3 other computers as well!
I think they are having problems with their website. They kept telling me that they could see my reservations so the problem was on my end. I think not! I would call and make sure they send you any info you need in the mail-especially since they told me they couldn't send me any email confirmations at that time!
