I've made all my fastpass+ and restaurant reservations. Online the times are what I've made them for, but when I use the app for mde they're all for 1hr earlier. Is this a glitch, or should I call Disney?

Thank you for alerting me to this! I didn't realize that there might be a problem. When I checked it out, all of my reservations were showing times that were one hour off. Unfortunately, when I click on the reservation, the time is still one hour off. I'll give Disney IT a call.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I called yesterday, and the man I spoke to said he'd never seen this before. His system showed my correct times though, so I'm not worried. He made a work order for IT to look into it, so hopefully I'll hear back
That's too funny! When I spoke to them, he seemed completely baffled as to why this would happen. I'm sure if more people call, it'll get fixed quickly!
I had MDE glitch a few times and show the wrong time, or split a FP into two reservations for the same time... I ignored it and went at the time I knew to be right and it worked, I never had to call. It might be good for them to know it's happening, but I didn't find that it made any difference.
