Problems with Disney Visa 5X Rewards?

But it is credited by the month, not the billing statement, right? Since this is my first month (July), but my billing occurs after the 15th. So next month I should see something?

Thank you all for your responses. We have always gone over the limit we are supposed to spend and grocery shop and get gas at the same places. I decided to call Disney Visa again to triple check the stores we shop at and they are eligable for the bonus points. The rep was nice enough to look at the last three months of statements, add up what we spent and agreed that we were short bonus points. There was nothing that he could do so I have to wait to hear from the marketing dept. by mail since they have no access to phones. At least I got some short of answer from Disney Visa. Thanks again for your help!

i get a lil confused with this. mY LIMIT is $250 in dining, grocery and gas

so i just need to spend a total of $250 combined in the 3 categories right?
example.
dining 100.00
grocery 100.00
gas 50.00
total 250.00

so then if i spend 200.00 in category "other" will i get 5x bonus points on that or do i have to spend 200.00 in the promoitional category to get the 5x bouns points?

do i just call the number on the back of my card to get correct category on the 2 grocery stores that show up "other"

My 5x bonus flyer states the most points I can earn during the 3 month promotions is $100

I think the 250 is a threshold amount, you have to spend 250 on the 4 types and anything spent over that in the 4 types only receives the bonus 4 Disney Dollars. You will earn the regular DD as earned, the extra 4 DD is on the actual month and will lag in posting. You have to meet the 250 threshold each month for the bonus, you can only do it for one or two of the months but you do have to meet it each time, not just once.
