I'm having a bad time trying to get ahold of customer service for Disney Photo Pass. I bought an ornament with my DH & I on there and it was backwards along with the backside of the ornament. I emailed them and it's been over 48 hours and no response. I even left a voice message and still nothing. They didn't even give me a return shipment information either. What can I do? Any suggestions, is there another phone number to actually speak to a real live human? HELP!!!
