After I posted I had this "WHAT did I just post?!" moment - like, these people will think I am totally off my rocker. I feel much better now. And I'm glad to hear this info was useful! I never call companies about products, but this was too frustrating, and TOO expensive to just toss the bottles!
Oh, and to the person who mentioned putting the bottles in warm water in the sink, yes they mentioned that to me too. Unfortunately, with the big bottles I have, they mentioned it could take more than 2x 1 hour before the stuff goes back into solution (and interestingly enough, they couldn't/wouldn't tell me what the crystals were, although I am SURE they know).

Now I can tell my DH that I'm not crazy!!!! I fought with that stupid bottle for 30 minutes one night and even cut the top of the bottle off. I thought maybe Cascade had changed the formula or something. I ended up throwing out the bottle a few weeks ago. Thanks for the info!
Stinkin' stuff wouldn't budge out of that bottle. I was sooo annoyed, I called to complain right then. Of course they were closed at midnight.
I was having problems too. I had gotten my detergent at Giant and I had two bad bottles. This was at least a month ago. I currently have a bottle which is fine but if I get another bad one I'll call too. It was very annoying.
Honestly, I won't buy this stuff again EVER after this hassle.
