Problems with booking online..don't know where to post this!

Has anyone else...specifically Mac users....had an issue getting price quotes for Disney online??? I've been trying for nearly 2 weeks with no results. It never processes my request. Finally I sent them an email and their response was "we can process it for you if you give us the info.". Well, I really want to just check some things out and would prefer to do it myself..it's a hobby This AM I tried using my OLD sony laptop and had no issues. What is the deal????? Anyone else having/had issues??

not sure about macs, but they must have a program to read website that are configured for internet explorer??

I have a Mac and cannot get pricing information online either. The wierd thing is I can get it on the disneyland site. There is just something about Safari that the disney site doesn't like.

I have to switch over from Safari to Netscape to get info from Disney on my Mac. I have netscape on my computer just for the Disney website.

Well, at least I'm not the only one. But that doesn't really help any of us! I'll have to have dh look into netscape. Although I can use the ancient Sony laptop we have and get pricing info...it's just less convenient. They must have changed something in the last 6-8 months cause I didn't have trouble planning our last trip. Maybe this is a sign I shouldn't push dh to go back
