Problems with a HCoE snowglobe

I have this snowglobe (Tinkerbell with Castle), except it's the Happiest Celebration on Earth edition with gold rails, no writing on the inside, and the HCoE logo on the front. I came home from a trip this weekend and found it ruined: Tinkerbell's entire self has sprung up bubbles everywhere. It looks like the paint bubbled up and puffed out. It's all over her face, hair, legs, arms, and dress. I'm heartbroken. Out of my large collection, this one was my favorite.

I'm wondering if anyone else has this snowglobe and if the same thing happened to yours? I checked all of my other globes and they are fine, just this one is messed up. That includes the one that was displayed literally a couple inches from it. Nothing wrong with that one at all. Any input is appreciated.

I have had the same thing happen to some of my snowglobes where the figure inside the globe has had the paint bubble up. I think it might be caused by not allowing the paint to fully dry before they add the globe and water but that's just my guess.

That has never happened to me, but I would recommend you (A) post a picture maybe because it might help someone figure out what happened....and (B) call up Disney (whom exactly, I don't know)...but just maybe they will replace it if you ask, especially since it wasn't because of anything you did wrong...it could just be bad paint!
