Problems with 5 days for 2 Kiss/Offer

Hsa anyone else had any problems with their ordering the Kiss/Offer from Universal - 5 days for the price of 2 - plus free coupon book. Adult - $89.95 plus tax and child $76.95 plus tax.
Offer good on line through December 31, 2003.

We ordered two adult and one child in mid October and had to buy 3 adult (no child rate available??????) and no coupon book for saving on Universal theme park and CityWalk food and merchandise.

I got my tickets BUT no coupon book. I guess I will have to call and see what's up. I got my tickets around 1 week (if that) after I ordered via UPS.

You can pick up your coupon booklet at either parks guest services. Just show them your ticket and receipt. If you have the time you could call and I am sure they will send it out to you.

I never saw a childs ticket for the bonus pass. I have only seen one price. Do you have the printed info offer? Give them a call and ask. The info posted using the link you gave doesnt show a kids ticket either it just says all guests. Good luck!

My offer was taken out of the Kissimmee/St. Cloud magazine - and I had to pick up my tickets at the Universal Ticket Office and that's where they told me, "no child's ticket" even though I had the full page ad with me! And there were no "coupon books" available from them.

I am not able to print out the ad for this forum, and could only give the web site - obviously, the web site has different information than the printed ad - but they still should have honored the ad price - "Adult 89.95 plus tax and child (3-9) $76.95 plus tax."

Hey, life goes on - but just wondered if anyone else had this experience.
