Problems w/ Disboards.com! HELP

Anyway, I"m trying to read a trip report but when i click on it it keeps giving me PST Settings Updated... And keeps on and on and on every second
to the point where i have retype disboards.com on the browser. .
help.
why is it doing this/

Try deleting all of your cookies manually. I had a similar problem a few weeks ago and that seemed to clear it up.
