Problems viewing resort photos on website

I couldn't really find an appropriate part of the forum to post this in, so hope it's alright I put it here as it has to do with viewing photo's of the resorts on the WDW website.

Does anyone else here have any issues viewing the photo's of the resorts on the WDW website? I can see the pictures on the website, but when I try to click view the gallery on the different resorts I just get a small black square with some dots spinning in a circle, as if it's trying to load the pictures, but it never finishes. Any idea how to sort this? I've made sure I've got the lates version of my browser(s) and that adobe flash player is up to date. I use safari on my macbook air, but I've also tried opera and chrome with no luck.

I'm not having any issues using Chrome on my Android phone or Firefox on my PC.

I clicked on your profile and see that you are from the UK. I live in Canada and I have the same problem. There was a thread a while back on which there was some discussion around whether this was only an issue for people who live in Canada but perhaps this is an issue for people from other countries outside of the US as well? One of the posters tried to contact Disney's IT department but I'm not sure whether he/she got anywhere with that.

I have the same problem on my phone and when using my laptop, I am also in Canada. Here I thought it was just me.

I know...it’s kind of strange really. It wasn’t always like that and I have no clue what Disney changed such that we can no longer access the photos unless we are using the US site. Weird.

I live in Minnesota and often have problems. Then I noticed on the Disney website on the very top a light blue small wording and it says”Canada English”. It looked like a link. I clicked on it and a window popped open. I then changed back to say “United States English”. I can now view the pics.

It has been like this for months. I cannot get it to work in any browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Chrome Canary). Private browsing doesn't work either. We're in Canada.

I tried the suggestion above to switch to the US version of the site and the room pictures load fine, so it is clearly an ongoing problem with their Canadian site [or at least Canadian English]. FWIW, the Canadian French site is even worse -- entire pages won't load at all :-(
