Problems selecting Disney Transfers during Online Check-in

Is anyone else having difficulties selecting the Disney Transfers, that you've paid for, while doing your online check-in? It doesn't even give me to the options to select it. On the phone Disney confirmed that we have one-way transfers and that we are all set, our confirmation shows the same, but it makes me nervous that I had to select another mode of transportation on the check-in to be able to move to the next step

Its a glitch on the website. We had the same problem for the Panama Canal cruise. It wouldn't let me confirm our transfers during online check in but we did indeed have them reserved and had no issues getting on the transers.

Did you select "parked car" instead for the check in?

Travel agent told me the same: a glitch on the website. Also said we may not get a printed voucher in our booklet but will still be able to check in bc our names will be on a list

Do you have round trip transfers? It still makes me nervous only having return transfers

I also had the same problem. Disney transfers were grayed out. Wonder why they haven't fixed this issue.

In our case just having return transfers, would we get any confirmation during the cruise that we are all set? Or will we not know until we disembark?

Round trip, and yes, it's greyed out. I'm nervous too and have had the transfers confirmed 2 separate times. I'm pretty sure their systems have it. Still nervous cuz of that glitch on the website.

Post-cruise transfers should be coded on your KTTW card, that's what CMs look at to allow you onto the bus. Also it should be noted in the cruise documents you'll receive by mail.

Enjoy your cruise!

Post cruise transfers to MCO?

That is the card we will have already on the cruise?

Yes. Your key are will have the info on there. You show it to get on the Disney bus.

This supposed glitch has been there since nearly 3 years ago at least. You can't book the transfers online (it's a phone thing) and there's nothing to be done with that spot on the site when you have them booked. They should just take it off entirely.

So what does everyone select online instead?

We also just had return transfers. I can't remember if I picked rental car or parked car.

I'm not aware of any vouchers that get printed into the booklet for port transfers, at least for Port Canaveral sailings. There is a notation printed in the booklet, but no voucher. On the way to PC from Orlando airport, what they do is scan the barcode in the booklet for each passenger, and the mobile scanner checks the computer to see if you've paid for a transfer. In addition to not needing a voucher, this allows for any changes to whether or not you've paid for transfers that happen after the booklet has been printed to be reflected automatically once you get to the bus. I can't say for sure that this is the process for trips from WDW, or at other ports. When disembarking, there is a code on your KTTW card that tells them whether or not you've paid for a transfer.

That's what they did at MCO (to Port Canaveral) for our last cruise. We had to show the booklet (for scanning) and then they stapled a red ticket onto the book:
