Has anyone else had problems w/ this? I purchased a $10 e-cert through MyPoints a couple months ago. I have tried redeeming it several times, and always have the same problem. When I go to check out I put in the info for the cert. Then I get a page saying something like:
Current balance- $26.98 (this is my shopping cart balance)
certificate balance-$10.00
How much would you like to apply?
When I enter $10.00 I get a message that "you have entered an amount higher than the remaining balance of your certificate" even though it says right below that my remaining balance is $10! I have tried chatting w/ their online customer service reps, and they can't seem to ever figure it out. They have me try all kinds of things, and nothing works. Finally today the rep suggested I call customer service on the phone so they can research the cert. further. The problem is, if I end up ordering over the phone I won't get my 800 pts. from MyPoints! I am at wits end! Any suggestions?
