problems logging into member site

I keep getting this message- been registerd on the site of over a year now with the same details which are now not working.

Your log in information could not be validated for one of the following reasons:

* You may have already contacted Member Services to reset your account and still need to update your registration with your new Club ID and One-time activation code in order to proceed.
* There is an issue with your registration. Please contact Member Services at (800) ********† for assistance.

I haven't been able to log on for several days now. I've been using the same user name and password for years and now I get a message saying either the user name or the password is wrong.

I have been getting bad attempt, when I log into Disney.com to get to DVC member area I get message I posted above. I have emailed them today.

I'm logged into the member site right now. I'm not sure if they fixed the problem or if I'm just lucky, but I had no problem logging on.

I've had the same problem for a week now. Called Member Services and they couldn't tell me what the problem was. So, I finally had to create a new account today.

I keep getting that same message today....hopefully this gets resolved soon, really don't feel like re-registering

I logged on the member website about half hour ago. Sometimes I forget and try to log on to that website using my DISboard logon. And sometimes I have problems when I have logged onto another Disney website. Then I have to clear my cookies, cache and history, reboot my machine and then I am able to log on.

DVC have replied to my email and I have now managed to log in.
