Problems getting through to WDW-DINE?

Hi everyone - I'm so frustrated that I had to check and see if it's just me...is anyone having problems getting through to 407-WDW-DINE? I have been on hold 3 times for over 10 minutes (then had to hang up due to dd, dh, or darling dogs...take your pick! ;) ) and several times have received "all circuits are busy" after I dial. I've called my parents in Orlando yesterday and today w/no issues....aaaargh!!:headache:
 
Sorry, no. I called this morning around 10:30 and got right through. Well, I waited about 4 minutes to speak to a CM but with Disney Dining, that qualifies as 'right through' !
 
I called earlier this morning and waited about 10 minutes. I don't consider that a too long of a wait.

This must have been what I needed I think you sent some pixie dust my way. I called as soon as I read this and actually got through and then had a less than 5 minute wait.:woohoo:
 

Last couple times I've called I've been on hold for over 10 minutes. I think it might be because they've finally opened the dates after March 22 and people are calling for them. I'm trying to adjust for our trip in Feb though and it's driving me crazy because my Mom has appointed me to make the changes...

Haha, I just put it on speaker though. Drives my bf crazy listening to the Disney songs :angel: Though the one time they put on Small World, I've deemed that cruel & unusual punishment :scared:
 
Well,

I go through....but everything I wanted was booked.

I think I might revisit my strategy...
 
I tried to call last night at 8:40pm. I was on hold for 20 minutes when a recording came on and asked if I would like to complete a survey to press 1. If I wasn't interested in completing a survey, have a magical day!! When I pressed 1, I was disconnected.

So I was on hold for 20 minutes and then my call ended with no explanation! It was at 9pm - is that what time they close? I haven't had a chance to try again.

It's very frustrating when you are calling long distance from Canada.
 
I know last week their phone system was dropping calls in the que. After you made it through the inroduction-greeeting script and placed in the que you would hear one connect sound followed by another within less than a minute. The second sound was where the system was dropping the call. This would then be followed by a standard operator message...if you wish to make a call, hang-up and...

One time the survey script replaced where the CM was suppose to pick-up the call.

Not sure if it was their system or a CM dropping calls as their learning the position requirements on the job. Sounds like conflicts in the system, especially with the survey issue we encountered. The CM I did speak with did indicate an awareness of calls being dropped throughout the day...the third time it did not drop our call and we completed our ADRs.
 
On my third try today I did get through and after answering all the prompts I was given a recording that I hadn't heard before that said they anticipated my call would be answered in 3 minutes -- I really liked hearing the new greeting that told me how long I had to wait, and it was less than 3 minutes that I waited. All for nothing...nothing has opened up for Chef Mickey's.:mad: I'll just keep trying day after day...after day...after day...
