Problems getting through to Disney Dining

Hi

I keep trying to call Disney dining, but everytime I press 1 it makes a strange tone and does not connect. Does anyone else have that problem. I had no problems the other day???? I know I have changed phones since then, but surely the phone is not a problem.

Maybe when that tone comes on it probably means the line is busy, or the Disney Dining is on the phone with someone else.
