Problems contacting YC Conc Planning

Since Monday I've sent an email, and called twice and no one at YC Conc planning has contacted me! Help!! My trip is just 2 weeks away and I am hoping to finalize a few items and can't seem to reach anyone. Any suggestions?

I did have one instance where it took 2 days for someone to get back to me. Ended up that their scheduled days off were Monday & Tuesday. My guess is that you might just be experiencing the same thing. Who are you working with? I've had the pleasure of dealing with Alana, Amy and Angie on our upcoming trip. They are probably the best concierge staff that I've ever worked with.

TammiMcMan - Thanks for the reassuarance - Angie and I exchanged emails several months ago during the initial planning stage. I sent her an email on Monday - but it was to the WDW YBBW email address - if I don't hear from her by mid day today I'll try calling again. I'll bet you are right and it has just been her days off.

Hi Janet,

I just looked back through my correspondence with them and it was Angie who said that her day's off were Monday & Tuesday. I'm sure that she'll get back to you today. I've been chatting with them almost once a week since I booked this trip. They have all been so terrific. This vacation is a surprise for my family, so I've had them do almost everything for me. They've even taken care of making some park purchases so I'll have gifts for the kids when we check in. I even went and purchased a 3 foot, pre-lit tree from Walmart for $16. They said that I can send it down ahead of time and they'll hold it for me. I have that going down plus a few other presents that I purchased from home.

Actually shipping something down early is the primary reason I am anxious to contact them - We are celebrating my DD's 8th b-day and I want to ship her gifts ahead and have them set up in the room when we arrive. I am planning to mail the package today - but really wanted to reconnect with someone there before I just mailed the package and it got misplaced.

I'll kep waiting.

Oh, I have an 8 year old DD. What a special surprise that is going to be for her.

I'm waiting another week or so to mail my box down. I was definitely planning on sending it down via UPS 3 day. I want to be able to track the shipment and see who signs for it. I think having that piece of mind is worth the added expense.
